1.1. Georg Haupt Bekleidungswerke GmbH (hereinafter “Author”) accepts no responsibility for the validity, correctness, completeness or quality of the information provided.

1.2. Liability claims against the Author relating to material or intellectual damages caused by the use or failure to use the information provided or by the use of erroneous and incomplete information are fundamentally excluded insofar as there is no proof of the Author’s intentional or grossly negligent fault.

2.1.
